Refund policy

You have 30 days to calmly decide whether you are satisfied with your purchase. Within this period you can return your order without prior notice.

The withdrawal period ends 30 days after you have received your order – or when someone else has received it on your behalf.

Return in an orderly manner

Ensure that you return the products complete, including all accessories. If possible, send them back in the original packaging. Especially for furniture and cabinets, it is important that the parts are packed the same way, including protective material, to avoid damage during transport.

Have you used the product more than necessary to check it? In that case, we may deduct compensation for any decrease in value.

How to register your return

You can apply for a return by sending us an email with your order number to info@moblure.co.uk. You can also use the official European standard withdrawal form.

💸 Refund

Once we have received your return, we will refund the full purchase amount (including any shipping and payment costs) as quickly as possible, at the latest within 7 days.

The refund will be made via the same payment method you used, unless we have agreed otherwise. We will charge no extra fees for this.
