Warranty policy

1. Standard Warranty

Our furniture is designed to bring you enjoyment for many years. Therefore, we offer a warranty on every product of 3 years—one full year longer than the statutory minimum warranty.

What’s Covered?

  • Material and manufacturing defects that occur under normal use.
  • Stability and functionality of the construction, even with repeated assembly and disassembly.
  • Replacement of defective components or fittings (e.g., hinges, drawer runners).

Important Notes:

  • Self-inflicted damage (e.g., scratches, breakage due to incorrect assembly or use) is not covered by the standard warranty.
  • Damage upon delivery must not be assembled and must be reported to us immediately. In such cases, we will of course replace the affected product or part free of charge.
  • Returning the entire piece of furniture is not required— in most cases it is sufficient to replace the affected component.

With our extended standard warranty, you receive extra peace of mind beyond the statutory requirements—for more confidence and worry-free living.

2. All-Risk Warranty

With the All-Risk Warranty, the regular warranty period is extended from 3 to 5 years. In addition, self-inflicted damage, such as scratches or wear, is also covered.

This gives you comprehensive all-risk protection for your furniture—for maximum security and carefree living.

Coverage and Conditions:

  • In case of damage, the affected parts will be delivered and shipped free of charge if desired and applicable. This way the furniture does not need to be disassembled or returned in full—only the affected parts are replaced.
  • For structural damage or major damage requiring a full replacement, the current piece of furniture must be returned. You will then receive an entirely new item.
  • Damage caused intentionally or through willful misconduct is naturally not covered by this warranty.
